Great news team, we have approval, functionality, marketing support and campaigns to initiate the Keller Williams agent outbound campaign. Please read this entire email before you start calling, as you will be held responsible for any incorrect messaging.

To recap, here are the terms we have agreed to in reference to Showcase Listing Enhancements and Featured Products promotional pricing:

Showcase Listing Enhancements:

· For all new orders, we will only sign up KW Agents with the 13 month for 12 month offer moving forward.

· For customers who have early-renewed since the start of the program 2/20, but their new contract has not yet begun - we will simply extend the new order, tacking on the additional month. This will be done on your behalf automatically in the next week.

· For customers who have not early-renewed, but are within the 60-day window - you will renew them into the 13 month for 12 product. No changes to the existing contract that is about to expire will be allowed.

· We will NOT pro-actively cancel any existing agreements and convert them to the 13 for 12. The Agents will need to call Customer Care to request a cancellation and sign up for a new 12 month term.

· For all other customers not in the 60-day renewal window we will let them cancel their existing contract only if they agree to sign up for a new annual contract with the 13 month for 12 month promo.

Messaging in Call-track (for all Keller Williams agents) to help you set the right directions:

Please provide customer with the best available promotional rates on FEATURED products (RDC products only) and 13-for-12 months on SLE for annual contracts. If customer is mid-contract on SLE, meaning they have an active contract and are NOT within the 60 day renewal period, please process a cancel/credit/re-bill request IF the customer agrees to accept a new annual agreement. If you have already renewed the SLE for the customer, please request a one month extension on the new contract you just processed. Featured promotional rates for KW CANNOT be applied to a contract mid-term. Promotional rates only valid while this customer is part of Keller Williams.

Featured Products:

· You must offer the best available promotion for all Featured products (FH, FAC, FCMA).

· Customers of Featured products cannot cancel early to take advantage of any promotional rates. They must fulfill their existing contracts.

· You CAN reference and send this document to the prospect and customer only if you have their permission to do so. Do NOT spam any agent!!!! Also please note that the Keller Williams e-newsletter, “thisweek@kw,” will be emailed on Monday March 8th to all KW agents. Some agents have already received the communication.
